It is currently a relatively complex process to add new tracks to the radio.

Simplify by adding track ingestion endpoints/making related changes (e.g. update queue in-place without requiring API restart)

Renamed and closed issue-

Broader changes to be performed. Separate API to be created to cover radio operations. New API will include endpoints for new track ingestion as well as playlist/general radio management operations.

Roadmap- radio management web UI to be spawned to augment (replace?) already existing radio controls.
