This command is used to generate a meme.
Uses Discord Bot UI components.
Send `/meme` or `.meme`, and the bot will prompt you to choose a meme template. After choosing a meme template, you will be provided a modal in which you will enter the top and bottom lines for the meme to be generated.
The bot will then send a response containing the generated meme.
